Recruitment Executive

SHIWANTEK is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and have strong coordination and screening skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Post job ads on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (Software house experience will be preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under hiring deadlines
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and job portals

Location: 3 Talwaar, Clifton (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
