We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment operations, strengthen client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition—preferably within a recruitment agency or consulting environment—with strong expertise in sourcing, team leadership, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop, refine, and implement effective recruitment strategies to fulfill client hiring requirements across multiple sectors.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and delivering customized talent solutions.
  • Supervise, guide, and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring high performance, skill development, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage headhunting, social media recruiting, and professional networking to attract top-quality candidates.
  • Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate retention rates.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to strengthen talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary insights, and industry hiring patterns to provide strategic guidance to clients.
  • Ensure all recruitment operations comply with company policies, standards, and local labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in headhunting, client servicing, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Ability to perform and lead effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
