Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Organizational Development (OD)
- Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement, culture development, and change management.
- Analyze HR data to identify organizational improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to succession planning and talent development strategies.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment and HR processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
- Provide support in HR projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in recruitment and/or organizational development.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment techniques, and OD principles.
- Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
