We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter (Real Estate) to join our team, focusing on attracting top-tier talent to drive our strategic goals.


Job Purpose:

As an HR Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You'll work collaboratively with the Recruitment Team and HR Business Partner to ensure that our recruitment strategies align with our business needs, helping to build a strong, capable workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Job Posting: Craft and distribute compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing methods & job boards, social media, and networking & to find qualified candidates.
  • Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Interviewing: Carry out in-depth interviews focusing on candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Offer Extension: Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Onboarding: Design and implement robust onboarding programs to facilitate new hires’ integration into the company.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s reputation as an attractive employer through various channels.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Prepare regular recruitment reports highlighting key metrics and recruitment progress.
  • Coaching: Provide guidance to recruiters and support line managers in the selection process by identifying candidate strengths and weaknesses.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the real estate industry.


  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
