Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive with proven experience in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles across civil, MEP, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction-related roles (e.g., engineers, foremen, site supervisors, project managers)
• Collaborate with project and department heads to understand manpower needs
• Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments
• Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled candidates for ongoing and future projects
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
• Maintain recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector
• Familiarity with construction job roles, skill sets, and site-based hiring practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
