Recruitment Specialist

Jumppace Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in IT/Software hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top tech talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and software positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

3–4 years of relevant experience in IT/Software recruitment.

Strong knowledge of technical roles and hiring processes.

Excellent communication and interviewing skills.

Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and ATS systems will be a plus.

Ability to work in evening/night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
