English Recruitment Specialist – Mass Hiring (BPO) | VXI Egypt

Position Summary

The English Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing high-volume hiring for English-speaking roles within a fast-paced BPO environment. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring alignment with business targets, timelines, and quality standards .

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for mass hiring (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination)
Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and walk-ins
Conduct initial interviews and English assessments to evaluate candidates’ communication skills and job fit
Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with hiring targets and SLAs
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Training teams to align on hiring needs and onboarding plans
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Participate in job fairs, open days, and hiring events
Track and report recruitment metrics including conversion rates, hiring funnel, and source effectiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (BPO / Mass Hiring preferred)
Proven experience in high-volume hiring environments
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job platforms
Excellent interviewing and communication skills
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and KPIs
