Rectification of the FCU Unit

Carry out complete FCU servicing, including coil cleaning, drain pan cleaning, and fan inspection

Replace the damaged air filter with a new filter of the correct size and rating

Correct the FCU drain pan slope to ensure proper condensate flow

Review and modify ductwork to balance supply and return air

Perform airflow testing & balancing (TAB) to ensure uniform cooling and air distribution
