About Us

Our company has experienced significant growth in the MEA region and plans for further expansion. The senior HR Generalist/HR Manager plays a critical role in managing a wide range of HR functions to support the business in achieving its objectives. This role provides expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. The position will also act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring HR practices align with organisational goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

In this Role, you'll get to:
  • Work and support the TA team during the peak hiring time.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects and change management initiatives focused on improving processes, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies, regularly update HR procedures and provide training to managers and employees on compliance matters.
  • Work with managers on goal setting, appraisals, and continuous feedback, identifying development opportunities and promoting a culture of growth and learning.
  • Support the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and renewals.
  • Oversee HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, contract renewal and HRIS management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee enquiries and relations matters, handling conflicts, grievances, and workplace investigations while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create strategic hiring plans and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience working in fast paced, dynamic environments with a diverse workforce.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws, labour regulations, and HR best practices.
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior generalist HR role with hands on experience in recruitment, building HR framework, and HR operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
