Regional Sales Manager – OT Cyber Security

Location: Saudi Arabia (Saudi Nationality Only)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. In this role, you’ll help critical industries secure their operational environments with advanced cybersecurity platforms, threat intelligence, and professional services.

This is a senior, strategic, high-visibility role—perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, excels in complex sales cycles, and knows how to influence at the highest levels. You will be supported by global technical, marketing, and channel teams, but will own your territory end-to-end.


Please note: This role is open to Saudi Nationality only.

Candidates must have experience selling OT Cyber Security or Network Security solutions.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow enterprise accounts across Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates.
  • Win new business while expanding existing strategic relationships.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles at both plant level and corporate HQ level.
  • Build long-term account strategies aligned with customer needs and regional growth objectives.
  • Promote and sell a full suite of industrial cybersecurity solutions through a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Engage deeply with customers across energy, utilities, manufacturing, and other industrial sectors .
  • Partner closely with Solution Architects, Marketing, Channels, and regional leadership.
  • Strengthen business opportunities by working with OEMs, distributors, VARs, and global partners.
  • Use proven sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling, etc.) to maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline.
  • Deliver compelling ROI-focused business cases that clearly articulate operational and financial value.


What You Bring

  • 7+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience , with strong exposure to OT/ICS or network security.
  • Proven success navigating complex procurement cycles and enterprise governance.
  • Deep relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives .
  • Strong track record of closing new ARR within large, strategic accounts.
  • Experience working through partners: OEMs, VARs, Distributors, GSIs .
  • Ability to translate technical cybersecurity topics into powerful business-level outcomes.
  • Skilled in strategic discovery, needs analysis, and building tailored value propositions.
  • A collaborative, driven mindset with the confidence to influence in high-stakes environments.
  • High adaptability and ownership—comfortable operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary: ر.س 560,000
  • Annual Variable: ر.س 560,000
  • On-Target Earnings: ر.س 1,120,000
  • 3-month ramp (commissions paid at 100%)
  • Housing Allowance: ر.س 140,000
  • Transportation Allowance: ر.س 72,800
  • Education Allowance: ر.س 20,000 per child (up to 2 children, ages 6–18)
  • Equity Grant: $100,000 USD (pre-IPO options)
