Marham is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Relationship Associate to join our team. The role combines a focus on accurate and transparent billing interactions with the opportunity to build and nurture strong relationships with doctors. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or client relationship management, with the ability to resolve billing and operational concerns while fostering trust and long-term engagement. This position requires a blend of relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills — ensuring smooth financial processes today while contributing to stronger doctor partnerships and growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for doctors, ensuring smooth, transparent, and trust-based communication.
- Act as a problem-solver by addressing billing matters, payments, operational issues, and any other concerns with honesty, empathy, and professionalism.
- Uphold integrity in all financial and operational dealings, ensuring complete transparency with doctors regarding payments, invoices, and processes.
- Proactively maintain strong relationships by engaging with doctors, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive, long-term partnership with Marham.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and support teams to resolve issues swiftly and accurately, without compromising trust.
- Anticipate potential challenges in doctor relationships and take preventive measures to strengthen satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and propose smart, practical solutions that enhance doctor experience and contribute to Marham’s growth.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions to ensure accountability and clarity.
- Actively contribute to building a doctor-first culture centered on transparency, reliability, and growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree (Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in sales, client services, or relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Foundational understanding of billing, invoicing, or finance processes, with the ability to learn and adapt. (Training will be provided.)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of transparency and discretion in handling sensitive financial and relationship matters.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
