Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting property sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers by understanding client needs.
- Identify and follow up on leads through cold calling, online channels, and networking.
- Conduct property tours and provide clients with detailed information on properties.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate offers, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and payment processes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to support clients effectively.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on market trends and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
