Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting property sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers by understanding client needs.
  • Identify and follow up on leads through cold calling, online channels, and networking.
  • Conduct property tours and provide clients with detailed information on properties.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate offers, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage sales documentation, contracts, and payment processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to support clients effectively.
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on market trends and sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Educational background in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
