Key Responsibilities: DEVELOPER EXPERIENCE ONLY
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and investors.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and post-sales process, including property handover and after-sales support.
- Actively promote new projects and real estate offerings in line with the company’s sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and transaction processing.
- Organize and attend property viewings, client meetings, real estate exhibitions, and networking events.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
- Prepare regular reports on client feedback, market intelligence, and sales pipeline.
- Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate data entry, lead tracking, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience with developer in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market, real estate laws, and investor landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Property Finder CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
