Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new business through targeted sales activities specializing in secured loans for entities and individuals.
  • Identify and attract new borrowing relationships for secured loan offerings.
  • Manage self-sourced secured loan applications and prepare comprehensive credit proposals.

Relationship Management:

  • Achieve and exceed direct asset sales targets as aligned with business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with business partners, channel stakeholders, real estate and mortgage brokers to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
  • Train and support channel partners in understanding and promoting asset products.

Portfolio Management:

  • Oversee and manage mortgage loan portfolios, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to turnaround times as per Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Provide feedback to product managers on process improvements and service-related issues.
  • Engage in cross-selling activities to promote additional financial products to existing clients.

Key Result Areas:

  • Achieving mortgage loan sales targets surpassing predefined KPIs.
  • Maximizing business penetration of secured loans.
  • Enhancing customer experiences pre and post sales.
  • Generating CRM sales referrals and opportunity tracking.
