Overview

• A well-reputed Bank is looking to hire Relationship Managers to join its growing team.
• Position: Relationship Manager
• Location: Karachi, Rawalpindi & Islamabad [in all 50 to 70 Positions]

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
• Achieve business targets in line with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Business/Finance preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Relationship Management / Sales (Banking Sector).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and achieve sales targets.
