Remote Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Remote Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a proactive and creative individual who can manage multiple aspects of digital marketing—from building funnels to managing communities. You will work directly with management to implement campaigns, track performance, and grow our brand presence.

This position is designed to be flexible and remote-friendly, making it suitable for individuals balancing other commitments (e.g., studies), while still delivering measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

• Funnel Creation & Management: Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and email sequences. Monitor performance and improve conversion rates.
• Video Content Creation: Produce and edit engaging marketing videos weekly with strong hooks, captions, and descriptions.
• Influencer Outreach: Identify, contact, and manage influencer collaborations to expand brand reach.
• Lead Outreach (DMs): Send personalized DMs (~25 per week) across LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Content & Document Design: Create blogs, guides, PDFs, and infographics tailored for different audience segments.
• WhatsApp Community Management: Build and manage WhatsApp groups to keep leads engaged with value-driven content.
• Audience Segmentation & CRM: Update and track leads in GoHighLevel CRM for accountability and data-driven decisions.

Skills & Tools Required

• Proficiency in digital marketing funnels and GoHighLevel CRM.
• Strong video editing and content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Descript, etc.).
• Excellent communication for influencer and lead outreach.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp).
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI) is a plus.
• Ability to manage time and work independently in a remote environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
