Remote QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Real Estate / STR Clients) - Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Remote QuickBooks Bookkeeper to manage financial records for multiple clients in the real estate and short-term rental industry.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing bookkeeping for multiple accounts simultaneously. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy across financial records.

Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple client accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Track and categorize property expenses and vendor payments
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports - QBO and other STR centered programs
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve financial inconsistencies
  • Maintain organized records for tax preparation and reporting

Administrative & Client Support

  • Communicate with clients regarding financial reports or documentation
  • Maintain organized digital financial files
  • Assist with operational or administrative tasks related to financial management
  • Ensure client deliverables and reports are completed on time

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Experience performing bank reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Experience managing multiple clients or companies
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to Learn and execute new programs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
