Remote Technical Recruiters

Arthur Lawrence (a global management and technology consulting firm) is hiring Technical Recruiters for a remote, contractual role in Pakistan.

Requirements:

• Must have strong understanding of the entire end-to-end U.S. recruitment process
• Must have a proven track record of recruiting for technical roles such as Java Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Database Administrators. This experience must be within the context of U.S.-based companies
• Must have experience of 3+ years in US recruitment
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Shift Timings: 6pm till 3am Pakistan Standard Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days only)

Location: Remote (work from home)
