Renovation Work Officer

Overview

Job Details:

Prepare and develop renovation and conversion projects, including complete project documentation from design stage through to site execution.

Coordinate closely with clients and contractors during the design phase to ensure proper communication and smooth project progress.

Prepare project offers including both fixed price proposals and cost based estimates.

Supervise construction activities, guide clients on site, and ensure that quality standards are consistently met.

Provide technical support to operational teams and assist in resolving maintenance and site related issues.

Make technical decisions within approved budgets and financial limits while ensuring project requirements are met.

Handle technical communication with clients in a clear, professional, and structured manner.

Review and evaluate technical documents prepared by contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Develop and update internal procedures, manuals, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Support project planning activities and ensure compliance with construction standards, safety rules, and regulations.

Job Experience Requirements

Solid experience in construction or project management within the construction sector.

Knowledge of fire safety and prevention in construction will be considered an advantage.

Basic understanding of foundation systems will be preferred.

Experience in related construction fields will be a plus.

Ability to communicate professionally in Danish and English at a technical level.

Good IT skills including MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Valid driving license for passenger vehicles is required.

Strong problem solving skills with the ability to handle on site challenges effectively.
