Research Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on various topics relevant to company projects, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Analyze and synthesize data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the development of research frameworks, methodologies, and project plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and deliver high-quality results.
Stay current with industry trends and developments to ensure research relevance and integrity.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Business, Economics, or a related discipline).
Proven experience in research, data analysis, or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python) and research methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with industry-specific research practices is a plus.
