Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Reservation Manager role based in Dubai. The Reservations Manager will oversee and manage all reservation operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Daily tasks include managing reservations systems effectively, supervising the reservations team, ensuring optimal room occupancy, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering prompt and accurate booking confirmations. The role also entails coordinating with the sales team to optimize revenue and implementing staff training to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Reservations and enhancing room occupancy strategies.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with guests and staff.
  • Sales orientation and the ability to support revenue optimization efforts.
  • Experience with training and leading reservations teams is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and proficiency in using relevant software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
