Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Residential Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi residential property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal homes or investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and price negotiations
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements
  • Promote property listings through digital marketing, open houses, and networking
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client communications
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant transactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential property sales
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and UAE property laws
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and online listing platforms
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
