Food People are working with a premium dining restaurant in Dubai, who are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join their expanding team.

As the General Manager, you will take full ownership of the restaurant’s performance, driving both profitability and guest satisfaction. By leading day-to-day operations and inspiring your team, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards and create memorable dining experiences that keep guests returning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and developing restaurant team members.
• Maintain the highest level of quality for food & service delivery and ensure that they are in line with the brand’s standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with the restaurant’s customers by managing the application of customers’ feedback and providing best-in-class service to ensure customers’ satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance.
• Monitor F&B costs, labor costs, inventory, scheduling, and ordering on a daily basis and identify measures to cut waste.
• Find new ways to improve efficiency and process within the operation.

KEY INGREDIENTS

• Experience operating in a Restaurant General Manager position.
• Previous experience within a premium dining concept.
• Experience and background in handling business P&L.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience creating, implementing, and training SOP’s.
