About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to deliver outstanding dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in managing restaurant operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Team Management
- Train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, hosts, and support staff.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and address performance issues proactively.
Customer Experience
- Ensure high standards of customer service by engaging with guests and resolving complaints promptly.
- Train staff to handle customer concerns professionally and deliver exceptional service.
- Uphold a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere at all times.
Operational Efficiency
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food production.
- Maintain inventory levels, manage procurement, and minimize waste.
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost-effective operations.
Food Quality & Safety
- Collaborate with chefs to design and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal trends.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Enforce compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety protocols are being followed.
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
- Plan and organize events, promotions, and campaigns to boost visibility.
- Conduct field visits as part of outreach and customer acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
