Position Title: Restaurant Shift Manager

Job Location: Defence Phase 5 & 6 , Tower, Malir, North Nazimabad

Job Description:

As the Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible to manage shifts within the restaurant as detailed by the operations and branch manager and to maintain the highest possible standards of customer service, product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• To carry out QSC (Quality, Service & Cleanliness) checks including meat cook outs.
• To ensure regular travel paths to monitor shift control and to identify and correct service, product or quality issues.
• To ensure all food and equipment is prepared in time for the restaurant opening or ensure that all food products and equipment are stored in the correct manner prior to closing the restaurant in the evening.
• To draw up and implement staff positioning plans through a shift.
• To ensure correct stock levels of product during shift with special attention to peak times to assist with service times.
• To ensure that all equipment is kept within hygiene standards required.
• To ensure all accidents or incidents in the restaurant are reported fully.
• Manage safe controls and ensure all cash is accounted for within the Company Cash Policy.
• Monitor service quality in terms of ordering procedures, and order accuracy of front counter staff.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Provide on-the-job training to new staff and corrective training to all staff

Qualifications:

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office applications.
• Night shift preferred
