Restaurant Shop Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics & Maintenance Manager to oversee our supply chain operations and ensure the optimal performance of our fleet and facilities. This role is critical to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and driving continuous improvement across logistics and maintenance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and maintenance management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and maintenance tracking systems
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory, warehousing, and transportation
• Supervise fleet scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and driver coordination
• Oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Monitor KPIs and implement cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline operations
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response plans
