Resume Marketing Specialist – IT Staff Augmentation

We are hiring a Resume Marketing Specialist experienced in IT Staff Augmentation and job board marketing.

This role involves resume enrichment, job extraction, outreach, and interview coordination using platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Dice, and ZipRecruiter.

You’ll manage automation campaigns, connect with recruiters and clients, and help ensure successful placements and outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform resume marketing for IT consultants and technical professionals.
• Conduct job enrichment and extraction from leading job boards (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, etc.).
• Manage and optimize email and LinkedIn automation using tools like Dripify, MeetAlfred, and Sales Navigator.
• Execute outreach campaigns targeting clients, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update consultant profiles to match market demand.
• Coordinate interviews, submissions, and outsourcing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with staffing partners and agencies.
• Track and report weekly activity on submissions, outreach, and conversions.
• Ensure all submissions are high-quality and tailored to job requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Resume Marketing / Bench Sales / Staff Augmentation.
• Solid understanding of ATS systems, job boards, and recruitment workflows.
• Excellent email writing and LinkedIn communication skills.
• Proficiency with automation tools (Dripify, MeetAlfred, Apollo, etc.).
• Knowledge of lead extraction and outreach strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple profiles and achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Strong coordination, organization, and follow-up abilities.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working with US or international clients in staffing.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing methods.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive).

Office timings:

6 PM - 3 AM (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
