Role: Retail Operations Manager

Location: Dubai

We are partnering with a large global retailer who is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to manage their 25 stores. The ideal candidate will drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and lead a team of 100+ staff while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 25+ retail stores.
• Drive sales performance, P&L ownership, and KPI achievement.
• Oversee stock replenishment, seasonal launches, and promotions.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 100+ employees (4–5 direct reports).
• Ensure strong stakeholder management with HQ, mall management & PR.
• Implement marketing & branding initiatives in coordination with HQ.

Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience in retail operations / multi-store management.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and store networks.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in P&L ownership and sales forecasting.
• Open to travel and willing to work on weekends.
