We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail & Corporate Manager to lead our multi-store operations and drive business growth across retail, corporate, and government sectors. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in luxury retail, preferably in perfumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple stores to ensure high performance and profitability
• Drive sales growth and achieve targets across retail and corporate channels (B2B & B2G)
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement improvement strategies
• Lead and develop store managers and teams to maintain excellence in service and sales
• Ensure all stores meet brand standards in visual merchandising, cleanliness, and customer experience
• Manage inventory effectively to ensure stock availability and minimize losses
• Handle escalated customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Implement cost-control measures to improve overall profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and business strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Male non-Arab-Europe-RUssian-only
• 5–7 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail/perfumes
• Proven experience managing multiple stores and teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in corporate sales (B2B/B2G) is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
