Retail purchase Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to handle procurement and inventory for our footwear retail business. You will be responsible for sourcing products, managing vendor relationships, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely stock availability across stores and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage product purchasing based on sales trends and seasonality
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage purchase orders
• Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams for new product selection

Requirements:

• Fresher/ 1 or 2+ years of experience in retail purchasing (footwear or fashion preferred)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and Excel
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
