Job Title: Retail Sales Team Lead
Department: Spa & Store
Reports To: Spa & Store Manager
Job Summary
The Retail Sales Team Lead plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance, overseeing daily store
operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership
skills to mentor and guide the sales team, ensuring optimal execution of company goals while
maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Customer Engagement
Lead the sales team to consistently achieve individual and store sales targets, maximizing every sales
opportunity.
Provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations, fostering loyalty and repeat
business.
Identify customer needs and offer informed recommendations on product benefits, features,
pricing, and availability.
Handle escalated customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Train and mentor junior team members, offering support and guidance as needed.
Store Operations & Team Support
Oversee daily store activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Perform till duties, including transaction processing, refunds, and price adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, special requests, and repairs, ensuring timely
fulfillment.
Act as a keyholder, assisting with store security and operational needs when required.
Step in for the Assistant Manager or Store Manager as needed, ensuring seamless leadership
continuity.
Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels, addressing discrepancies proactively.
Compliance & Risk Management
Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, stock security, and customer data
management.
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, promptly reporting potential hazards to the
Store Manager.
Capture and input customer data into the company database to drive loyalty and engagement.
Continuous Improvement & Training
Actively participate in training programs and store meetings to stay updated on industry trends and
company objectives.
Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and recommend strategic solutions.
Retail Sales Lead
Implement innovative customer service initiatives to enhance the shopping experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Exceptional multitasking skills, effectively managing competing priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
