Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Operations: Monitor KPIs and sales figures, implement promotional campaigns, and manage stock levels to ensure profitability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Store Standards: Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and security to prevent loss.
- Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and foster a welcoming environment.
- Administrative: Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Usually 2–3 years of retail management experience.
- Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for staff management and customer service.
- Technical: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Analytical: Ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Language - Fluent in English
