We are hiring experienced Retail Supervisors to oversee store operations and lead retail teams in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in retail supervision, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and staff activities
- Lead, motivate, and manage retail team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and achieve targets
- Handle inventory management and stock control
- Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and merchandising
- Resolve customer issues and operational challenges
- Coordinate with management for smooth store operations
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in retail or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling ability
- Experience in sales and target achievement
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory control
- GCC driving license is an added advantage
Working Conditions
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Working Days: 6 days per week (4 days off per month)
- Overtime: Minimum 2 hours daily (paid as per company policy)
