Jacked Nutrition is looking for a highly driven and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of 8–10 retail outlets. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at operational execution, and is passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 8–10 retail stores to ensure smooth functioning and consistent performance.
• Drive sales growth through effective store planning, staff management, and execution of retail strategies.
• Monitor store KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement action plans to improve efficiency and results.
• Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment across all retail locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit operations, customer service, and brand presentation.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop operational strategies and retail expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple retail outlets (ideally 8–10 locations).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
• Ability to analyze sales reports, forecast demand, and optimize operational workflows.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a hands-on management approach.
• Knowledge of nutrition, supplements, or fitness retail is a plus.

Compensation

• PKR 170,000 – 230,000 monthly salary, based on experience and performance.
• Additional benefits may be offered according to company policy.
