Job Overview

Horti Club is seeking a Retired Colonel (Pakistan Army, retired between 2022–2025) to join as General Manager – Lahore. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, discipline, and management skills to oversee ongoing landscaping projects, manage operations, and develop new business opportunities in both hard and soft landscaping.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of the Lahore office and projects.
• Ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and quality completion of all landscaping projects.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand company operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, engineers, and managers.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Represent the company in official meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
• Develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth in the landscaping sector.

Requirements

• Must be a Retired Colonel (Pakistan Army), retired between 2022–2025.
• Strong background in leadership, administration, and project management.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in handling large-scale operations or projects (construction/landscape-related experience will be an advantage).
• Based in Lahore or willing to relocate.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
