Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning & Messaging:
  • Develop compelling product positioning and core messaging for Fintech SaaS products.
  • Translate complex technical features into clear value propositions for global clients.
  • Create personas, ICP definitions, and buyer journey mapping.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
  • Plan and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Collaborate with Product & Sales teams to ensure alignment across all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Own product marketing content for GTM campaigns, sales kits, and customer onboarding.
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis (features, pricing, positioning).
  • Identify market gaps, opportunities, and trends in Fintech.
  • Maintain competitive battle cards for Sales teams.
Customer & Product Insights:
  • Gather insights from Sales, Support, and CS to understand customer pain points & use cases.
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and feedback loops for feature improvement.
  • Build product storytelling through real customer success cases.
Sales Enablement:
  • Develop pitch decks, product demos scripts, comparison sheets, case studies, and ROI calculators.
  • Train Sales teams on product updates and competitive positioning.
  • Support Sales with targeted messaging for high-value deals.
Content Creation (Product-Focused):

  • Create product sheets, whitepapers, solution briefs, feature guides, pricing comparisons, etc.
  • Collaborate with Design teams to develop visually compelling product collateral.
Requirements:
:

  • 2.5–6 years of experience in SaaS Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Product Growth, or GTM.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS B2B, preferably Fintech, RegTech
  • Ability to convert complex product features into customer-centric messaging.
  • Experience performing competitive analysis and positioning.
  • Strong analytical & research skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers, Sales & CS teams.
