Capital IT is expanding, and we are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager with solid experience in IT solutions and system integration (Networking, Security, Data Center, IoT, CCTV, Light Current). The right candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing long-term client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within this field.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and KPIs aligned with business strategies.

Generate new business by leveraging existing networks and building new client relationships in the IT sector.

Identify and develop opportunities within new and existing accounts to successful closure.

Prospect new clients through meetings, cold calls, and market research.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients as their primary point of contact.

Provide tailored solutions, resolve client issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Report on sales performance, pipeline, and account status.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Account Manager/Executive in IT Solutions or System Integration companies.

Solid knowledge of products from vendors such as Cisco, HP, Huawei, Systimax, Dell-EMC, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Fluke, Schneider, RSA, Hikvision, Bosch, etc.

Demonstrated ability in B2B solution selling and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Owning a car is a plus.
