Ankabut is seeking a Sales Account Manager – K12 to join our Sales & Revenue team. This role is key in driving revenue growth by building lasting relationships, acquiring new clients, and expanding our footprint in the K12.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• - * *Account Management & Growth: **
• - Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• - Develop deep relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• - Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• - **New Business Development: **
• - Prospect and acquire new customers in k12 segments.
• - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
• - Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs.
• - **Customer Engagement:**
• - Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication.
• - Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables.
• - Position Ankabut as a strategic partner in improving client operations and learner experiences.
• - **Collaboration & Reporting: **
• - Work with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements.
• - Maintain accurate CRM records for tracking performance.
• - Report regularly on account status and opportunities to leadership.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Expats : 7+ years in sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• UAENationals : 3–5 years in sales or customer service.
• Proven experience in relationship management and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
