RebarX USA is a dynamic and growing US-based construction development firm, committed to delivering excellence and innovation in all our projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team in Islamabad and drive business growth within the construction industry.
The Role: Sales Agent
The Sales Agent will be responsible for end-to-end sales management, from initial prospecting and cold-calling to deal closure. A core part of this role involves developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and related industries. This is an office-based position located in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive Sales Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, cold calls, and email campaigns to generate new business leads and opportunities within the construction sector, aligning with RebarX USA's services.
Deal Closure: Manage the entire sales pipeline, including presenting service information, preparing compelling proposals, negotiating terms, and successfully closing sales contracts to meet and exceed assigned targets.
Relationship Management: Establish, build, and maintain robust professional relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our construction development solutions effectively.
Market Insight: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the construction market, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform sales strategy.
Reporting: Accurately track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system and provide regular reports to management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven, successful experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the construction, building materials, industrial equipment, or related technical sector.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. A clear and professional speaking accent is essential for effective client interaction with US and international clients.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction lifecycle, stakeholders, and procurement processes is a significant advantage.
Attributes: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, persistent, and possessing a strong professional demeanor.
