Sales Agent - Real Estate

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant (Abu Dhabi Experience Required)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Consultant with solid experience in the Abu Dhabi market. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales ability with a consultative approach—guiding clients to the right property decisions while consistently achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and marketing campaigns
  • Consult clients on buying, selling, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi
  • Present and promote residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings and deliver professional client presentations
  • Build long-term relationships with investors, end-users, and developers
  • Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches
  • Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi
  • Strong knowledge of key areas (Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Saadiyat, etc.)
  • Proven track record in sales and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • Target-driven mindset with a professional attitude
