RIZ Technology is currently looking for Sales Coordinator Executive to join our team for Urgent hiring.

Sales Coordinator Executive is responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring smooth operation of sales processes. Here's a general overview of the role:

Job Description:

- Coordination: The primary responsibility of a Sales Coordinator Executive is to coordinate activities related to sales operations. This includes scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and managing communication between the sales team.

- Support: Sales Coordinator Executives provide administrative support to the sales team. This may involve preparing sales presentations, maintaining sales records, and generating reports.

-Customer Service: They often act as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.

- Order Processing: Sales Coordinator Executives assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services to customers.

- Database Management: They may be responsible for managing customer databases, updating contact information, and tracking sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

Educational Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
• Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• 03 to 04 Years Experience as Sales Coordinator is required.
