Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Assistant to support the daily operations and strategic coordination of our sales Department. This role is ideal for a young professional who is process-driven, communicative, and eager to grow into a sales operations or client-facing role. You will work closely with the Head of Sales, act as a liaison and assist the Head of Sales and Sales team within department and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes, client follow-ups, and reporting.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales and act as an operational extension of their role, helping manage day-to-day tasks, setting priorities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution. You will also follow up, take over communications, and drive initiatives on behalf of the Head of Sales when required.

This is a trusted, high-responsibility role that requires autonomy, foresight, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the operational arm of the Head of Sales by supporting their daily planning, managing their schedule, setting reminders, handling priority tasks, and ensuring timely follow-through on delegated actions.
  • Proactively identify areas where support is needed, take initiative to offload tasks from the Head of Sales, and drive activities forward with minimal supervision.
  • Attend internal meetings on behalf of the Head of Sales, prepare summaries, and coordinate action items with relevant stakeholders.
  • Draft, send, and monitor communications on behalf of the Head of Sales, including internal updates and client or partner follow-ups.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Head of Sales and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Delivery), ensuring smooth coordination and alignment.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers, lead pipelines, and customer follow-up tasks to support structured sales execution.
  • Prepare sales reports, client proposals, presentations, and meeting materials with clarity and accuracy.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for client meetings, demos, follow-ups, and internal syncs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Monitor and track leads, opportunities, and communications to ensure timely engagement and accountability across the sales process.
  • Support sales decision-making by providing structured documentation, status updates, and concise summary reports.
  • Help organize and facilitate internal sales training sessions, process improvement discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Contribute to maintaining clarity, structure, and process documentation to ensure scalable and accountable sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Trello)
  • A logical, process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with professionalism
  • A fast learner with a proactive, can-do attitude and a customer-first mindset
  • A forward thinker with an adaptable mindset and ready to work in multi-functional roles accounts sales
  • Sales or Tech industry exposure is a plus, but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
