Success Pharma is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Associate for our E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in call center operations or e-commerce sales, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills. This role involves accurately processing customer orders through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat. The Sales Associate will ensure all order details are captured precisely and that customers receive timely updates regarding their purchases. Providing outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly is a vital aspect of this position. The Sales Associate at Success Pharma develops comprehensive product knowledge to better inform customers and assist with promotions or discounts. While this role does not include team management responsibilities, it requires strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven problem-solving abilities are needed to resolve any concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction. This position is crucial to ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes and fostering positive customer experiences within the e-commerce environment. Responsibilities Accurately receive and process customer orders through phone, email, or chat, verifying all details to ensure correct fulfillment. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding quickly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional manner. Maintain thorough product knowledge including features, benefits, and current promotions to assist customers effectively. Manage order lifecycle from initial receipt to final delivery, coordinating with relevant teams to guarantee prompt and accurate fulfillment. Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth order processing and resolve any discrepancies. Enter customer and order information into systems accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. Handle customer complaints fairly and efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary. Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to enhance the ordering experience and suggest improvements to processes where applicable
