Job description:

Looking for highly energetic and proactive Sales Development Executives / Business Development Executives to join our team, focusing on lead generation for the Middle East market. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a confident, persuasive approach to engaging potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build a pipeline.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers based on business requirements.
  • Clearly communicate company offerings, products, and services to prospects.
  • Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confident, energetic, and proactive with a persuasive sales approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
