Blackstone Foods is a growing name in the premium food , dry fruits and spices industry. We specialize in providing high-quality spices and seasonings to retailers, wholesalers, and food service businesses across Pakistan. As part of our expansion, we’re looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Call Representative to join our team in Lahore.

Job Description:

As a Sales Call Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote our range of food spices, close sales, and build long-term relationships. The role involves both inbound and outbound calling, maintaining customer records, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential clients (retailers, distributors, and food businesses).

Present and promote Blackstone’s dry fruits and spice products to customers.

Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to close deals.

Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Provide feedback and market insights to the management team.

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or food industry sales preferred.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.).

Compensation:

Commission-Based Role: Earn 0.2% commission on every confirmed sale.

Average monthly sales volume starts from PKR 100,000-200,000+, offering attractive earning potential.

Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities available.

Work Hours:

Full-time / Part-time (Flexible hours available)

Location: Akbari Mandi Lahore near Delhi gate
