Your Role – Technical Sales & Solution Consulting
This role is responsible for
converting qualified leads into paying clients by understanding their requirements, proposing the right Shopify solutions, and managing the sales process from discovery to deal closure.
You will work closely with the founder and internal teams to
evaluate opportunities, scope projects, prepare quotations, and support deal closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification & Discovery

Review and evaluate incoming leads from different sales channels.

Conduct
initial discovery calls
to understand client requirements.

Identify whether the lead is a strong fit for our services.
-
Gather information about the client's Shopify store, goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Shopify Store Analysis & Solution Strategy
-
Analyze the client’s Shopify store and business model.
-
Identify opportunities related to:

Store design improvements
-
UX/UI optimization
-
Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
-
Shopify app integrations
-
Custom development
-
SEO optimization
-
Develop a
strategic solution approach
tailored to the client’s needs.
Sales Call Preparation
-
Conduct research on the client’s business and Shopify store.

Prepare meeting materials and strategy for the main sales call.
-
Document key insights and recommended improvements.
-
Assist leadership in structuring the sales pitch.
Proposal & Quotation Preparation
-
Translate client requirements into
clear project scopes and deliverables
.
-
Prepare accurate
quotations and project estimates
based on technical requirements.
-
Ensure proposals are aligned with project complexity, scope, and profitability.
Deal Closing & Client Communication
-
Support the sales process from discovery to final deal closure.
-
Handle client questions regarding technical scope, implementation, and strategy.
-
Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the sales process.
Over time, you will
take ownership of full sales calls and closing deals independently.
Follow-Ups & Pipeline Management

Track all leads, proposals, and deal stages.
-
Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects.
-
Maintain proper records of communication and deal progress.
Client Onboarding
Once a deal is closed:

Conduct the
initial client onboarding process
.

Ensure all required project details, access, and specifications are collected.
-
Introduce the client to the
Key Account Manager
who will manage the project lifecycle.

Ensure a smooth transition from
sales to project delivery
.

3+ years of experience
working in the Shopify ecosystem.
