Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our business development efforts through cold calling, lead generation, and sales coordination. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to nurture leads into opportunities while assisting the sales team in achieving targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Support the sales team in developing and executing lead generation action plans.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely client meetings, proposals, and deal closures.
  • Prepare and update weekly reports for prospects, existing clients, and in-funnel accounts.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, new opportunities, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain strong communication with potential clients and build relationships that support conversions.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Any other work-related task that may arise as per the HoD instructions.

Key Skills:
  • Experience in cold calling, tele-sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Diploma

Minimum Experience: 2-3 Years
