We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage backend sales operations and provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales processes through effective documentation, inter-team coordination, reporting, and system management. The ideal candidate will act as the operational backbone of the sales function, enabling the sales team to focus on revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day backend sales operations to support the sales team
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage sales documentation, contracts, quotations, and proposals
  • Act as a liaison between sales, finance, operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely execution of sales activities
  • Track sales orders, follow up on approvals, and ensure accurate order processing
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, sales databases, and customer records
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review
  • Support onboarding and coordination of new sales team members
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with internal sales communications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or sales operations role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and standard office productivity software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders

  • Experience in documentation management and contract coordination
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience supporting B2B or enterprise sales teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
