Sales Coordinator / BDM Support – EPC Projects

We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Business Development Manager (BDM) for EPC projects. The role acts as a key link between the BDM and the Estimation/Tendering team, ensuring clear communication, proper documentation, and smooth coordination throughout the opportunity-to-bid process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the coordination point between the BDM and Estimation/Tendering teams for EPC opportunities.
  • Receive RFQs, ITTs, and project information from BDM and circulate clearly to relevant departments.
  • Ensure scope details, deadlines, and client requirements are accurately communicated.
  • Maintain bid registers, opportunity trackers, and tender logs.
  • Manage and organize tender documents, drawings, correspondence, and revisions.
  • Prepare and issue internal coordination notes and meeting minutes.
  • Track approvals, queries, and clarifications during tender stage.
  • Support preparation of technical and commercial submissions.
  • Maintain document control for proposals and submissions.
  • Coordinate with procurement for vendor quotations when required.
  • Assist BDM with presentations, prequalification documents, and client communications.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper version control of all bid documents.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
