Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Prepare quotations and pricing proposals for land freight inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and transport vendors to arrange shipments and secure competitive rates.
  • Maintain and update customer records, shipment data, and pricing files.
  • Support the sales team with follow-ups, lead generation, and client retention activities.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between operations and customers for on-time delivery and service satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • 2–3 years of experience in land freight operations or sales coordination (preferred).
  • Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.
